Georges Luks studied art history, cultural management, and media management in Switzerland and Italy. In his extensive career, he has held various high-ranking positions in the real estate, cultural, and media sectors, both nationally and internationally.
Experience in the Real Estate Sector
Georges Luks served as CEO of Zurich Sotheby’s International Realty for six years since its founding in 2018. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Sotheby’s International Realty in Vienna.
Experience in the Art Sector
Georges Luks was the founder and vice-president of the Foundation for Visual Communication in Switzerland, a lecturer at the University of Applied Arts in Biel-Bienne and at SAWI in Zurich. He also served as president of the Photoforum PASQUART in Biel-Bienne, CEO and president of the International Television Festival "Rose d'Or" in Montreux and Lucerne, and commissioner and curator of the official Bulgarian pavilion at the 54th Venice Biennale. He has an extensive number of publications in the art sector and a filmography in the TV sector.
Experience in the Media and Communication Sector
Georges Luks was Director of Communication, Marketing, and Public Relations at the General Directorate of SRG SSR in Bern and CEO of GfK Audience Research and GARB in Bulgaria, CEO of EMRC (European Media Research Center) in Mexico. He is also a member of the International Academy for Arts, Television, and Sciences in NYC (USA).

Dr. iur. Zheni Luks

Zheni Luks studied law at the University of Zurich (magna cum laude). She holds a Ph.D. in law from the University of Fribourg (summa cum laude). During her studies at the University of Zurich, she also received a semester award.
Experience in the Legal Field
During her studies, Dr. iur. Zheni Luks gained extensive experience through internships and volunteer work at the law firm Schellenberg Wittmer in Zurich, the District Court of Andelfingen, and the Ministry of Justice in Sofia, Bulgaria. After her studies, she worked as a research assistant at the University of Zurich for three years. She then gained three more years of professional experience at the law firm Reetz Sohm Rechtsanwälte, which specializes in construction and real estate law.
Experience in Real Estate Transaction Management
Following her work in construction and real estate law at Reetz Sohm Rechtsanwälte and completing a CAS program in Real Estate Investment Management at the Financial Institute in Zug, Dr. iur. Zheni Luks entered real estate transaction management. For three years, she led the Legal and Investments department at Zurich Sotheby’s International Realty.
